Quality Assurance / Quality Control Engineer

About the role

The Quality Assurance / Quality Control Engineer ensures that all construction activities meet project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. This role works closely with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and consultants to maintain high‑quality standards and minimise rework.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inspections, monitor site activities, and review materials and workmanship.
• Prepare and maintain documentation such as Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and QA/QC reports.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC for construction projects.
• Experience in infrastructure, ports, marine, or heavy civil works is an advantage.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and technical specifications.
• Expertise in material testing, inspection protocols, and root cause analysis.
• Excellent documentation and report‑writing abilities.
