Quality Assurance Assistant Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Assistant Supervisor to support our food production operations. The role involves ensuring that raw materials, in‑process items, and finished products meet strict quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect incoming raw and packaging materials.
• Conduct in‑line inspections from ingredient preparation to finished goods.
• Perform finished‑product analysis and laboratory testing.
• Carry out batch testing before material usage in production.
• Conduct audits across all production areas, including ISO and SGS standards.
• Prepare detailed reports for assigned tasks and review them with QA and other departments.
• Assist in supervising main and toll‑manufacturing plants.
• Coordinate and supervise QA activities for in‑process verification and product validation.
• Approve release of incoming materials, in‑process products, and finished goods for distribution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Quality Assurance within food production.
• Advanced knowledge of baking and food‑science technology.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Willingness to be assigned to LIIP, Mamplasan, Binan, Laguna.
