Quality Assurance and Manufacturing Head – Laguna

About the role

The Quality Assurance and Manufacturing Head will lead the tea factory’s production and quality functions, ensuring that every product meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. This senior position combines strategic oversight with hands‑on management to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage both Quality Assurance and Manufacturing operations to guarantee product consistency and quality.
• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, GMP, HACCP, ISO standards and other regulatory requirements.
• Oversee daily production planning, scheduling, and workflow to achieve operational targets.
• Monitor product quality, initiate corrective and preventive actions, and conduct regular inspections and process evaluations.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Warehouse and other departments to ensure smooth, integrated operations.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology or a related field.
• At least 58 years of experience in manufacturing, food production or quality assurance, including supervisory or managerial roles.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO standards and food safety regulations.
• Proven ability to manage both production and quality assurance functions.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Laguna.
