Quality Assurance Analyst – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

Alphanumeric Systems is seeking an English‑speaking Quality Assurance Analyst to support one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies. This full‑time permanent position is remote and based in the Philippines, focusing on ensuring high‑quality, compliant customer interactions and case documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quality reviews of calls, emails, and other customer interactions.
• Assess documentation for accuracy, completeness, professionalism, and adherence to approved procedures.
• Identify and ensure proper handling of Adverse Events (AEs), Product Quality Complaints (PQCs), privacy concerns, and other reportable information.
• Maintain accurate records of reviews, findings, and escalations of critical compliance risks.
• Provide constructive feedback to agents and participate in quality calibration activities.
• Prepare and analyze quality reports to spot trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support new‑hire certification, quality assessments, investigations, audits, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to identify risks, trends, and areas for improvement.
• Previous experience in Quality Assurance, pharmacovigilance, regulatory operations, or a regulated pharmaceutical contact centre is preferred.
• Experience monitoring calls, emails, or other customer‑contact channels is a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Adverse Events (AEs) handling.
• Understanding of Product Quality Complaints (PQCs) processes.
• Familiarity with CAPA and quality/compliance procedures.
