QAQC Architect for Manila Project

About the role

Join Bureau Veritas as a QAQC Architect on a fast‑paced Manila project, where you will apply your architectural expertise to deliver high‑quality designs and ensure construction compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare schematic designs, detailed architectural working drawings, and shop drawings.
• Collaborate with design consultants and contractors for seamless project execution.
• Assist the tender team in developing schemes and evaluating contractor estimates.
• Oversee fit‑out works, ensuring alignment with design intent and quality standards.
• Review contractors' progress billing statements and prepare as‑built drawings.
• Conduct QA/QC inspections to verify compliance with project specifications.
• Identify and resolve design and construction quality issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect with at least two years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, cost estimation, site supervision, and documentation.
• Experience with QA/QC processes and procedures.
• Willingness to be assigned to project sites in Manila and ability to start immediately.
