QA, Warehouse & Production Associate – Davao Feedmill

About the role

This hybrid position supports the Davao Feedmill by ensuring product quality, managing warehouse operations, and executing toll‑mill production processes. The role combines quality assurance, inventory handling, and production duties to deliver safe, high‑quality feed products.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, store, and dispatch raw materials and finished goods while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with warehousing standards.
• Perform real‑time system recording of all inventory transactions and verify proper loading of goods onto transport vehicles.
• Conduct inspections throughout the production line, verify compliance with specifications, and ensure analytical procedures and sampling are performed correctly.
• Execute toll‑mill operations including elevation, dosing, grinding, mixing, pelleting, and bagging, while adhering to standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure production activities meet contractual agreements and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any four‑year discipline (for warehouse duties) or a science‑related degree such as Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, etc. (for QA duties).
• At least 1 year of experience in warehousing or related logistics functions.
• Licensed Chemical Technician or equivalent certification is a plus.
