QA Tester – Manual & Automated Testing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist proficient in both manual and automated testing to design, build, and lead a comprehensive QA program for our EV Charging Management Software and related SaaS products. The role ensures quality, security, and reliability across web, mobile, and backend platforms while fostering a strong quality culture.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define test cases based on software requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and scripts for manual and automated testing.
• Perform manual testing to uncover defects, usability issues, and areas for improvement.
• Design and implement automated regression test suites for UI and functional testing.
• Execute testing across web, mobile, and integration products to ensure consistent quality.
• Build and maintain a reusable library of test scripts and suites.
• Conduct exploratory testing to identify hidden issues and improve user experience.
• Monitor, document, and track defects, providing clear reports to the development team.
• Identify process and quality improvement opportunities and share feedback.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging QA trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1‑4 years of proven software QA experience, preferably with SaaS products.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Self‑motivated, capable of independent work and effective team contribution.

Required skills

• Test automation tools/frameworks: Selenium, JUnit, TestNG.
• JavaScript testing tools: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress.
• API testing with Postman.
• E2E testing using Playwright.
• UI component testing with Storybook.
• Experience with unit, component, integration, and end‑to‑end testing.
