QA Specialist – Quality Assurance

About the role

The QA Specialist will ensure that raw materials, feeds, and finished products meet the highest quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role supports Pilmico and Gold Coin’s commitment to delivering safe, consistent, and scientifically balanced animal nutrition across the Asia‑Pacific region.

Key responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections and physical checks of raw materials, feeds, and packaging to verify compliance with specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Collect representative samples from deliveries and production lines for laboratory testing, following established sampling protocols.
• Monitor production processes and equipment operation, flagging any deviations and assisting the QA Supervisor with corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results, deviations, corrective actions, and certificates of analysis for macro, micro, and packaging materials.
• Prepare shift reports, including QA Analyst shift report, FSAR, bin bottom, in‑process monitoring, and RM SAR.
• Conduct audits and checks to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and other regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Good observational skills to identify non‑conformities and root causes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with production and quality teams.
