Python Software Engineer – Hybrid (Mandurriao, Iloilo)

About the role

We are looking for a Python Software Engineer to lead automation initiatives and develop robust solutions for our team. The position follows a flexible hybrid schedule with occasional on‑site collaboration in Mandurriao, Iloilo.

Key responsibilities

• Lead software development teams and coordinate with technical stakeholders to finalize requirements.
• Design and implement efficient automation solutions, especially RPA workflows.
• Write and review detailed specifications for moderately complex system components.
• Collaborate with developers and operations to translate product requirements into software designs.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex project issues while managing risks and schedule adjustments.
• Enforce coding best practices, conduct code reviews, and support Agile or Waterfall development processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 + years of software development experience, including 2‑3 years focused on Python and RPA automation.
• Strong experience with relational databases (MySQL/RDBMS) and front‑end development.
• Proficiency in object‑oriented programming and complex data modeling.
• Familiarity with industry trends, Agile methodologies, and test‑driven development.
