Python Developer – Full Stack & PWA Specialist

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a skilled Python Developer to join its hybrid team in Pasay. You will work on business‑critical web and mobile applications, including Progressive Web Applications, and integrate them with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web and mobile applications using Python, Flask, and TypeScript.
• Build and support backend services, APIs, and system integrations.
• Optimize database performance with PostgreSQL and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for applications and integrations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑stack software development.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and hands‑on experience with Python and Flask.
• Experience with PostgreSQL databases and API development.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
