Purchasing System Administrator

About the role

Lattice is seeking a detail‑oriented Purchasing System Administrator to manage the end‑to‑end procure‑to‑pay process and maintain critical procurement systems. You will work closely with internal requestors and global vendors to ensure smooth purchasing operations and compliance with internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full PR‑to‑PO lifecycle, overseeing both automated and manual workflows.
• Administer the Oracle Purchasing module, handling system configuration and user support.
• Maintain the Vendor Management System to guarantee data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Support strategic sourcing of RFQs by collaborating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Act as the primary contact for procurement‑related inquiries, system troubleshooting, and order status updates.
• Prepare and maintain documentation required for ISO, EHS, and internal audits.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase procurement efficiency.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Experience in procurement or supply‑chain operations, preferably with exposure to Oracle purchasing tools.
• Familiarity with vendor management processes and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot system issues.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
