Purchasing Assistant (Quezon City)

About the role

The Purchasing Assistant will support the procurement function of a construction company in Quezon City, ensuring that materials and services are sourced efficiently and delivered on time. This role contributes to smooth project operations through cost‑effective purchasing.

Key responsibilities

• Process approved purchase requests and purchase orders.
• Source suppliers and obtain competitive quotations.
• Compare price, quality, availability, and delivery terms.
• Coordinate deliveries, replacements, and supplier requirements.
• Help ensure the right materials and services are available when needed.
• Support smooth operations through timely and cost‑effective purchasing.

Required profile

• Graduate of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related course.
• At least 2 years of purchasing or procurement experience.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, and coordination abilities.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and willing to work in Quezon City.
• Willing to work in the construction industry.
