Psychology Instructor (Full Time)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Psychology Instructor to join our faculty at the Cainta Campus. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality lectures, guide students through core psychological concepts, and foster a stimulating learning environment. In addition to classroom teaching, the instructor will collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve curriculum and assessment methods.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver consistent, high‑quality psychology lessons.
• Serve as a role model, inspiring students to engage actively with the subject.
• Follow and enforce school policies and procedures.
• Maintain classroom discipline, promoting punctuality, proper behavior, and academic standards.
• Support students with homework and assessments to ensure a high‑quality learning experience.
• Ensure a high‑quality learning environment within the field of specialization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Master’s degree in a related discipline is preferred.
• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license in Psychology.
• Relevant professional experience in psychology is a plus.
