About the role
We are a fast‑growing talent outsourcing company operating in the Philippines, looking for a proactive PS Trainer to join our on‑site team in Cebu. The trainer will deliver high‑impact training programs to call‑center staff, ensuring they acquire the skills needed to excel in their roles.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive PS training sessions on‑site for trainees.
- Develop, update and maintain training materials and curricula.
- Facilitate engaging learning experiences that promote skill acquisition.
- Monitor trainee progress, provide constructive feedback and support continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with team members to schedule and organise training sessions efficiently.
- Maintain accurate training records and prepare performance reports.
Required profile
- 2‑year undergraduate degree (preferably in Communications Arts or Education).
- 1‑2 years of experience as a call‑center/BPO PS trainer.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
