Property Manager (Remote – Commercial Real Estate)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Property Manager to support the day‑to‑day operations of a commercial real‑estate portfolio. The role is fully remote and works within a collaborative team to ensure smooth property performance and strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations of commercial properties.
• Support tenant relations by responding to service requests, questions, and concerns.
• Track financial performance, including rents, occupancy, and operating expenses.
• Help prepare budgets, financial reports, and annual reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate records, correspondence, and property documentation.
• Coordinate with leasing, accounting, legal, and project‑management teams.
• Support vendor coordination and maintain positive vendor relationships.
• Monitor maintenance, tenant improvements, and capital projects.
• Ensure compliance with lease terms, property policies, insurance certificates, sales reporting, and applicable regulations.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of experience in commercial real‑estate or property management.
• Familiarity with construction, tenant improvements, or property renovations is a plus.
• Background in the California commercial real‑estate market and building codes preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Professional, reliable, and able to work collaboratively.
• Ability to follow operational procedures, regulations, and compliance standards.
