About the role
The Project Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring that materials, progress, and workforce are coordinated effectively to meet project objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage project materials, construction progress, and manpower, guaranteeing that resources are allocated efficiently and timelines are adhered to.
- Coordinate daily site operations, monitoring schedules and workflow to ensure that project milestones are achieved on time.
- Supervise workers and subcontractors on‑site, providing direction, support, and oversight to maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Monitor project quality, safety, and compliance with regulatory and client requirements, conducting inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare detailed reports and communicate project status to management, facilitating informed decision‑making and timely issue resolution.
