About the role
The Project Staff for Materials Management will provide technical support for the inventory system, monitor stock levels, and handle a range of warehouse transactions. This on‑site position supports the Material Management Department of Davao Light and Power during the project period.
Key responsibilities
- Process inventory adjustments, corrections, and cycle counts.
- Receive, issue, and dispatch materials, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and trigger replenishment orders.
- Serve as on‑call personnel for material issuance during emergencies or after hours.
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments using various material‑handling equipment.
- Prepare gate passes and manage tool accountability.
- Handle inter‑departmental material requests and coordinate shipments.
- Ensure compliance with ISO IMS, AMS, and other management systems.
- Support administrative tasks such as payment requests, purchase orders, and liquidations.
Required profile
- At least 2nd‑year college or K‑12 graduate with a vocational course certification.
Required skills
- Operation of Pallet Truck, Forklift, Power Stacker, Reach Truck, overhead crane, cargo boom truck, and crane.
- Proficiency with inventory management systems.
