Project Site Nurse

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Project Site Nurse to provide occupational health services at our construction site in Talomo District, Davao City. The nurse will ensure the wellbeing of all on‑site personnel through health assessments, preventive programs, and compliance with safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular workplace health risk assessments and recommend preventive measures.
• Monitor employee health trends and maintain confidential medical records.
• Coordinate annual physical examinations, vaccination drives, and health screenings.
• Lead health education campaigns on mental health, stress management, and disease prevention.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• At least 2 years of experience as a company nurse.
• Certification from the Occupational Health Nurses Association of the Philippines.
• Willingness to attend a face‑to‑face interview.
• Willingness to work onsite.
