Project Quantity Surveyor – Construction Cost Management

About the role

ArchEn Technologies, a subsidiary of San Miguel Corporation, is looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to manage costs from mobilization to project completion. The role is on‑site in Pasig City and focuses on accurate quantity take‑offs, cost estimation, billing, and cost control for both vertical and horizontal projects.

Key responsibilities

• Perform detailed quantity take‑offs from Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings and prepare project cost estimates.
• Develop Detailed Unit Price Analyses (DUPA) and set up internal budgets based on awarded contracts.
• Monitor actual costs versus budget, track wastage, and provide regular cost reports and forecasts.
• Prepare monthly progress billings, coordinate with site engineers, and follow up on approvals and collections.
• Identify, quantify, and document variation orders and change orders to protect company interests.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations, review agreements, and support subcontractor cost management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer.
• 2‑3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably on the contractor side.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Pasig City.
