Project Officer – Project Management Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Project Officer to join our Project Management team, driving technical engineering projects within the semiconductor sector. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time and within budget while supporting business development and new product introductions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop customer relationships and communication.
• Identify business development opportunities with existing accounts.
• Oversee new product introductions and support product marketing in RFQ processes.
• Lead qualification runs and new product introductions (NPI).
• Drive project execution and monitor progress against schedules.
• Create and update Bills of Materials (BOM) in the system.
• Execute Engineering Change Notices (ECN) and system setup.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least one year of project management experience in a semiconductor company.
• Experience with SAP and project scheduling tools.
• Proficiency in BOM creation and management.
• Ability to work directly with customers and suppliers.
• Understanding of business process flow.
