Project Manager – Telehealth Platform

About the role

The Project Manager will lead planning, coordination, and delivery of technology projects that support a telehealth platform. Working closely with product, engineering, QA, UI/UX, operations, customer support, and external partners, the role ensures projects meet timelines, scope, budget, and healthcare compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of telehealth application projects from initiation through deployment and post‑launch support.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, resources and dependencies.
• Define project scope, objectives, success criteria and manage scope changes.
• Track progress, risks, issues and blockers, ensuring timely resolution.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to align execution and translate business requirements into actionable deliverables.
• Oversee testing schedules, functional, integration, regression, performance, security and UAT activities.
• Manage vendor and third‑party partner relationships, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Provide regular reporting, status updates, risk assessments and escalation to leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Healthcare Management or related field.
• 3–7+ years of project management experience, preferably in technology, digital health, SaaS or mobile applications.
• Proven experience managing software development projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with cross‑functional technology and business teams.
• Familiarity with healthcare privacy, security, regulatory and audit requirements.
