Project Manager – Product Development (Engineering)

About the role

Analog Devices' RFS Business Unit is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead product development initiatives. You will be responsible for guiding projects from initial concept through to final customer delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional project development teams from concept through product release.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocations.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, quality and customer teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare status reports and communicate milestones to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project or Program Manager in a semiconductor or high‑tech environment.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects without travel.
• U.S. export licensing eligibility or willingness to undergo review if required.

Required skills

• Project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile).
• Familiarity with product development lifecycle.
• Proficiency with project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
