Project Manager – Onsite, Mid Shift

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join its onsite team in Cagayan De Oro City on a mid‑shift schedule. You will act as the operational backbone for Project, Maintenance and Procurement teams, ensuring smooth project delivery from sales handover to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Review sales handovers, proposals and costing sheets to verify completeness before project kickoff.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation such as summaries, installation packs, specification sheets, RAMS and organized SharePoint folders.
• Track procurement activities, monitor supplier orders, delivery schedules and flag risks ahead of deadlines.
• Support cost tracking by reviewing supplier invoices, subcontractor costs, labor hours and budget variances.
• Coordinate communications with customers, suppliers, subcontractors and site teams, handling access, deliveries, inductions and issue resolution.
• Assist maintenance operations through work‑order administration, CRM updates and operational reporting.
• Maintain accurate records in Simpro, Pipedrive, SharePoint and other systems, ensuring data integrity.
• Produce weekly KPI, project readiness, procurement risk and dashboard reports for decision‑making.
• Identify and propose process improvements using technology, automation and AI tools.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in business support coordination, operations coordination, project administration or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
