Project Manager – NPI & Engineering Projects

About the role

The Project Manager will lead new‑product‑introduction (NPI) initiatives and oversee existing engineering projects throughout their life cycle. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while ensuring client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement, monitor and control NPI and ongoing projects, managing resources such as staff, CAPEX and materials.
• Maintain financial oversight, ensuring projects stay within approved budgets and policies.
• Coordinate high‑level interactions between the company, customers and factories, aligning tasks with procedures and client requirements.
• Lead the RFQ process, conduct risk analyses, and produce competitive, detailed quotations.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, ISO and other safety and environmental standards, and keep relevant units informed of potential impacts.

Required profile

• Graduate of a four‑year business or engineering program (ECE, EE, IE, ME preferred).
• Minimum five years of relevant experience, including managerial responsibilities in the EMS industry.
• Strong knowledge of engineering and quality standards, business planning, project management and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage customers, lead teams and make decisive decisions.
