Project Manager – Marketing Campaigns

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to own the end‑to‑end process of launching marketing communications, from the initial request through to campaign dispatch. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into clear tasks and ensure high‑quality campaign delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage marketing campaigns from request intake to launch.
• Gather, clarify, and formalise requirements with internal teams.
• Translate business requests into tasks, priorities, and timelines.
• Coordinate execution across multiple teams and keep launches on schedule.
• Ensure campaign quality, reducing errors and rework.
• Continuously improve workflow through better processes, templates, and checklists.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in project management or a similar role.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• High attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple moving parts.
• Ability to structure ambiguous requests and drive them to completion.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving tech environment.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Currently based outside Russia and Belarus.
