Project Manager – Market Research

About the role

Dynata is seeking a Project Manager to own end‑to‑end delivery of market research projects. You will work closely with clients, internal teams and external vendors to ensure high‑quality surveys are executed on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain full ownership of projects from commissioning to invoicing.
• Manage stakeholder expectations in a fast‑turnaround environment.
• Provide guidance on Dynata’s products and services.
• Coordinate internal teams (e.g., Survey Programming, Sales) and external vendors such as translators.
• Anticipate, troubleshoot, and escalate project challenges promptly.
• Support Sales in driving revenue through client relationship development.
• Communicate project updates in a consultative manner.
• Ensure survey quality using current market‑research methodologies.
• Track and manage complex budgets and timelines.
• Mentor junior staff and stand in for the Team Lead when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of recent quantitative online and digital market‑research experience.
• Proficiency in research and survey design, sampling, and client consultation.
• Ability to handle high‑visibility, multi‑methodology projects.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
