Project Manager – Localizing e‑Government (LeAPS)

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the implementation of the LeAPS (Localizing e‑Government for Accelerated Provision of Services) initiative, a partnership between UNDP and the Bangsamoro Ministry of the Interior and Local Government. The role focuses on accelerating connectivity, digitizing local government processes, and improving service delivery for marginalized communities in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all phases of the LeAPS project, from planning to execution and monitoring.
• Collaborate with UNDP, UNCDF, UNV, and Bangsamoro government stakeholders to align project activities with strategic objectives.
• Facilitate the deployment of digital infrastructure and e‑government platforms in remote LGUs.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and reporting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with UNDP procurement and governance standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale development or ICT projects, preferably in government or humanitarian settings.
• Strong understanding of e‑government, digital inclusion, and public service delivery.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including local authorities and international partners.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
