Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager is accountable for New Product Introduction (NPI) and the overall success of projects, ensuring they meet cost, quality, and timing targets. The role supports existing projects throughout their lifecycle, including engineering change control and end‑of‑life activities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement, monitor, and control projects to fully satisfy client requirements.
• Manage resource needs such as staff, CAPEX, and materials.
• Ensure projects comply with approved policies, standards, and procedures.
• Oversee financial aspects of project implementation, controlling costs.
• Facilitate high‑level interaction between the company, customers, and factories.
• Coordinate tasks according to procedures and customer specifications.

Required profile

• Graduate of a four‑year business program, preferably in Engineering (ECE, EE, IE, or ME).
• Minimum five years of relevant experience, including managerial responsibilities in the EMS industry.
• Knowledge of engineering and quality standards.
• Strong background in business planning, project management, and financial analysis.
