Project Manager

About the role

MH Williams is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception through close‑out. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop pre‑construction RFP packages and establish overall project logistics and team goals.
• Conduct project and coordination meetings, construct schedules, set milestones, and provide regular updates.
• Manage day‑to‑day construction operations, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications.
• Oversee document control, quality control, and timely delivery of materials to site.
• Issue subcontractor contracts, approve pay applications, and manage the close‑out process.
• Negotiate subcontract change orders, develop project budgets, and conduct monthly cost reporting and exposure analysis.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Strong technical and communication abilities with a focus on client relationships.
