Project Manager

About the role

Ecosa is seeking a Project Manager who can act as the bridge between the CX Enablement team and the Tech team. You will drive execution of complex, cross‑functional initiatives, shaping both strategic and operational workstreams across online and offline processes.

Key responsibilities

• Translate CX Enablement requirements into technical documentation such as PRDs, user stories, process flows, and feature specifications.
• Coordinate closely with Tech teams to ensure requirements are actionable and delivered effectively.
• Manage Agile/Scrum workflows, overseeing timelines, milestones, resource coordination, and stakeholder alignment.
• Support configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of CX platforms, particularly Zendesk.
• Identify inefficiencies in CX workflows and drive automation, integration, or tooling improvements.
• Facilitate collaboration between cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives, operational scaling, and workflow optimization.

Required profile

• Strong business acumen with an operational mindset.
• Proactive, highly organized, and solutions‑oriented.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Professional proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

Required skills

• Zendesk platform experience.
• Familiarity with Order Management Systems such as Shopify, Magento, or PrestaShop.
• Agile and Scrum methodology knowledge.
