Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the CRS project portfolio, coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver benefits while maintaining scope, schedule and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Align project plans with program objectives, external factors and organizational processes.
• Define deliverables, create WBS and integrate scope, schedule, cost, quality and resources.
• Develop and execute risk management strategies in line with program policies.
• Identify, deliver and analyse project benefits and transition them at closure.
• Create and manage stakeholder engagement plans, maintaining expectations from initiation to closure.
• Establish project governance structures and clarify resource accountabilities.
• Direct project activities and teams to ensure deliverables meet agreed scope, timeline and budget.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience managing medium to large projects from initiation to closure.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills, comfortable interacting with C‑level executives.
• Experience with business process transformation, platform implementation and vendor management.
