About the role

Icon is seeking a dependable Customer Success Manager to keep projects moving, align teams, and turn client feedback into on‑time, high‑quality deliverables. You will act as the main liaison between clients and internal creators, editors, and script teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding goals, gathering feedback, and translating needs into clear action plans.
• Partner with internal teams (product, operations, creative) to scope, prioritize, and execute client requests effectively.
• Lead regular client check‑ins and business reviews, surface insights, track progress toward success metrics, and identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client dashboards with activities, deliverables, and risk indicators, providing proactive updates.
• Monitor account health, timelines, and engagement to ensure smooth delivery and on‑time results.
• Document client learnings, success stories, and best practices to improve consistency and scale.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in customer success, account management, or client‑facing project management (agency or SaaS experience a plus).
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, able to translate client needs into actionable tasks.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities; comfortable managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Systems‑minded, proactive problem‑solver with a strong sense of ownership over client outcomes.
