Project Manager

About the role

RISE is looking for a proactive Project Manager to orchestrate internal and external teams, ensuring high‑quality internet services are delivered efficiently and on schedule. You will act as the main point of contact for reporting and resource coordination across our engineering and client‑facing groups.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time and within quality standards.
• Serve as the primary liaison for project reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Allocate resources such as teams, OTDR equipment, and vehicles to meet project demands.
• Identify and remove roadblocks that could impede project progress.
• Collaborate closely with the Engineering Manager, Project Engineers, and any third‑party partners.
• Gather project data from engineers and ensure services meet client expectations.
• Manage timelines for various client groups, including customers, sales, and management.

Required profile

• Proactive, results‑oriented professional with strong ownership mindset.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a performance‑driven, transparent culture.

Required skills

• OTDR (Optical Time Domain Reflectometer) operation and knowledge.
• Resource allocation and project coordination.
