Project Manager – IT Projects

About the role

The company is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead IT projects that support business initiatives. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage one major project or multiple minor IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop and maintain technical and business processes to meet requirements cost‑effectively.
• Lead project teams, define roles, set performance objectives, and provide coaching and training.
• Coordinate communication among stakeholders, vendors, and third‑party partners.
• Raise and resolve project issues, keeping the team informed of overall status.
• Ensure compliance with MLPP laws and regulations and oversee production system support.

Required profile

• At least a 4‑year degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in application systems design, analysis, development and maintenance, preferably in banking.
• Proven ability to manage resources, meet project objectives and work with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with cloud‑based platforms and familiarity with mainframe, midrange and microcomputer environments.
