Project Manager – IT Projects

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead IT projects that support key business initiatives. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage one major project or multiple minor projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop and maintain technical and business processes to meet requirements efficiently.
• Lead the project team, define roles, set performance objectives, and provide coaching and training.
• Coordinate communication among stakeholders, vendors, and third‑party partners.
• Identify, raise, and resolve project issues at appropriate levels while keeping the team informed of status.
• Collaborate with business users to assess feasibility, define requirements, and estimate effort.
• Conduct project reviews to ensure quality, compliance with standards, and adherence to MLPP regulations.
• Allocate resources for production support and ad‑hoc requirements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical expertise and monitor industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in application systems design, analysis, development, and maintenance, including mainframe, midrange, or microcomputer environments.
• Experience handling project resources and delivering results in an Agile environment.
• Familiarity with banking operations is a plus.
