Project Manager – Infrastructure (Hybrid)

About the role

Directio is seeking a Project Manager to lead infrastructure projects for a French eyewear client. The role combines on‑site work in Alabang, Muntinlupa (3 days) with remote work (2 days) and follows the company’s SDLC, Agile Scrum and CMMI standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project charters and related documentation.
• Oversee task completion, monitor adherence to project management standards, and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders.
• Identify process inefficiencies, propose improvements, and continuously evaluate project performance.
• Manage multiple IT infrastructure projects, balancing resources, timelines, and deliverables.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years leading IT infrastructure project teams.
• At least 3 years experience in an Agile software development environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) in Alabang.

Required skills

• Power Network Programming (PNP) certification.
• Agile Software Development methodology.
• IT infrastructure project management.
• CMMI process knowledge.

What we offer

• Salary range PHP 65,000 – 75,000 per month.
• Monthly transportation allowance of PHP 4,000.
