Project Manager – Highway/Road Infrastructure (Tarlac)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead highway and road infrastructure projects in Tarlac. The role involves overseeing all phases from planning to hand‑over, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of road/highway construction projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and allocate resources.
• Ensure compliance with engineering specifications, regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants and government agencies.
• Monitor progress, prepare regular status reports and manage stakeholder communications.
• Identify risks, devise mitigation strategies and oversee site safety, quality and environmental compliance.
• Review and approve deliverables, variations and progress billings.
• Facilitate project meetings and maintain alignment among all parties.

Required profile

• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC Registered).
• Minimum 10 years of civil engineering experience.
• At least 10 years proven experience as a Project Manager on road/highway projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, scheduling and contract management.
