Project Manager – Health Vaccines Integration

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the integration of HPV and Rotavirus vaccines into the Philippines' National Immunization Program. This position supports the government's effort to reduce cervical cancer and acute watery diarrhea, contributing to universal health coverage and the Sustainable Development Goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct readiness assessments for vaccine integration across national and sub‑national health facilities.
• Enhance data analytics on budget allocation, vaccine coverage, and impact monitoring.
• Develop and deliver capacity‑building trainings for health‑sector stakeholders.
• Facilitate public‑private partnerships to improve data‑sharing and supply‑chain coordination.
• Design demand‑generation strategies to raise public awareness and acceptance of the new vaccines.
• Coordinate technical assistance from WHO, UNICEF, and UNDP to ensure sustainability.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree in public health, epidemiology, health economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing health‑sector projects, preferably in immunization or vaccine introduction.
• Demonstrated ability to work with government agencies, UN partners, and private sector stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in monitoring and evaluation.
