Project Manager – End-to-End Project Ownership

About the role

The Project Manager is the primary owner of non‑complex projects at UAS, accountable end‑to‑end for scope, schedule, budget, quality and client relationship, supported by an Assistant Project Manager (APM). On complex projects, the PM leads the execution layer under a Senior Project Manager (SPM), coordinating the APM, running client progress meetings and handling change requests and RFIs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver owned non‑complex projects end‑to‑end within ±5 % of the baseline schedule and budget, flagging variances proactively and initiating corrective action.
• Serve as the primary client contact, managing expectations, running progress meetings and resolving concerns to avoid escalations.
• Manage all change requests through the Change Control Board (CCB) process, logging, impact‑assessing and dispositioning them within agreed timelines.
• Maintain the project risk register and resolve or escalate at least 95 % of logged issues within defined response windows, escalating critical risks to the SPM immediately.
• Direct and develop assigned APM(s) to ensure their documents, follow‑ups and outputs meet quality standards and deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of project management experience with end‑to‑end ownership, client‑facing responsibilities and vendor coordination.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (required).
• Experience in IT infrastructure, systems integration or technology delivery (preferred).
