Project Manager – End-to-End Delivery

About the role

The Project Manager is responsible for delivering non‑complex projects end‑to‑end for UAS, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, quality and client relationships. On complex projects the PM supports the Senior Project Manager by coordinating the Assistant PM, leading client meetings and handling change requests.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver owned non‑complex projects within ±5% of baseline schedule and approved budget, flagging variances and initiating corrective actions.
• Serve as primary client contact, manage expectations, run progress meetings and resolve concerns without escalation.
• Manage change requests through the CCB process, ensuring each request is logged, impact‑assessed and dispositioned on time.
• Maintain the project risk register and resolve or escalate at least 95% of logged issues within defined response windows.
• Direct and develop assigned Assistant PM(s), ensuring their deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of project management experience with end‑to‑end ownership, client‑facing responsibilities and vendor coordination.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience in IT infrastructure, systems integration or technology delivery (preferred).
