Project Manager (Digital Agency)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead client partnerships and oversee multiple web development projects within a fast‑moving digital agency. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily communication with clients and nurture strong partnerships.
• Manage several projects under a single client account, balancing pipelines of new builds and ongoing work.
• Plan team resourcing, allocate projects based on priorities and timelines.
• Report blockers, risks, and updates proactively to internal stakeholders.
• Review design files, scopes, and technical requirements before development begins.
• Coordinate developers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
• Lead internal meetings, status updates, and project planning sessions.
• Identify process improvements and help optimise workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• 4+ years of project management experience in a digital, web, or creative agency.
• Proven track record managing website builds and multiple retainers for the same client.
• Strong understanding of web development, UI/UX processes, and technical project requirements.
• Excellent client communication and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools and ability to work with both technical and non‑technical teams.
• Experience with remote or cross‑functional teams is a plus.
