Project Manager – Design & Construction (Cagayan De Oro)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead design and construction initiatives at our Cagayan De Oro site. The role involves overseeing all project phases, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple design and construction projects from inception to completion.
• Direct and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure efficient execution.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules; monitor performance against objectives.
• Oversee construction activities, enforcing safety and quality standards.
• Maintain client relationships, providing regular status updates and handling changes.
• Implement project management best practices and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure mitigation strategies are in place.
• Ensure all activities comply with relevant laws, codes, and regulations.

Required profile

• Professional license in Civil, Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience, preferably in vertical construction or a related industry.
• Proven track record delivering projects within scope, time, and cost.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Assistant Manager/Manager level experience in Civil/Construction/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Immediate availability and willingness to work onsite in Cagayan De Oro.
