Project Manager – Data Center (Mission‑Critical Projects)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale, mission‑critical Data Center projects from design through construction and commissioning. The role combines technical oversight, stakeholder coordination, and commercial management to ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise Data Center projects.
• Develop and control project plans, schedules, budgets and resources.
• Monitor progress, identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design reviews (CSA, MEP, ICT) and ensure compliance with international standards such as Uptime Institute Tier levels and TIA‑942.
• Oversee site execution, testing & commissioning and handover processes.
• Manage EPC/EPCM contracts, track costs, handle variations/claims and work with commercial teams on procurement.
• Ensure adherence to HSE regulations, company quality standards and continuous improvement practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or equivalent).
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• 8–12 years of construction/project management experience, preferably in Data Center or mission‑critical environments.
• Proven track record delivering projects > 10 M USD.
• Experience working across multiple Asian countries and in engineering consultancy firms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English.
