Project Manager – CRM Platform

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the planning, intake, and onboarding of projects delivered on the bank’s CRM Platform. Working closely with business units and IT, the role ensures initiatives are aligned with governance standards and ready for execution.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and maintain demand‑management and onboarding processes for the CRM Platform.
• Develop effort and resource estimates for new CRM application projects in partnership with delivery teams.
• Lead end‑to‑end business case development and ensure compliance with IT governance during the Service Definition phase.
• Conduct capacity planning, monitor resource availability and support execution readiness.
• Maintain audit documentation, support risk and compliance reviews, and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate vendor and contract activities, monitor contract timelines and evaluate vendor performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise CRM or large‑scale technology environments.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional business and IT stakeholders.
