Project Manager – Construction (Pasay)

About the role

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects in Pasay. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, from planning and scheduling to execution and close‑out, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall project execution from start to completion, preparing and monitoring schedules, manpower, and resources.
• Supervise project team, contractors, and site activities, conducting inspections and tracking daily/weekly progress.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments, handling documentation, progress billing, and variation orders.
• Manage testing & commissioning, project close‑out, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, PRC‑licensed.
• Minimum 5 years experience in FDAS and auxiliary items, with proven project management in construction.
• Strong leadership, planning, budgeting, and cost‑control capabilities.
