About the role
The Company, a Quadruple “A” construction firm that actively participates in corporate social responsibility initiatives, is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of its construction projects in Metro Manila. The firm holds a Quadruple A rating, reflecting its commitment to quality, safety, and reliability, and integrates community development and sustainable building practices into its daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate project requirements and constraints.
- Develop detailed work schedules and timelines.
- Plan resource allocation and sequencing of construction activities.
- Implement and monitor the work schedule throughout the project lifecycle.
Required profile
- Proven experience in managing construction projects.
- Ability to evaluate, plan and implement project schedules.
- Familiarity with on‑site coordination in a construction environment.
