Project Manager - Construction

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the construction and renovation of McDonald’s restaurants across the Philippines. The role offers the chance to work on high‑visibility projects, ensuring timely delivery while upholding our quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee construction and renovation of restaurant sites from planning to hand‑over.
• Inspect job sites, monitor contractor progress against schedules, and evaluate cost variations.
• Review and endorse contractor billings for prompt payment processing.
• Conduct regular job‑site meetings with stakeholders to enforce quality‑control standards and supervise testing of plumbing, electrical and mechanical installations.
• Maintain positive relationships with owners, operators, contractors, suppliers and internal cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• At least 5 years of experience managing construction sites, preferably in the fast‑food or retail sector.
• Professional license as a Civil Engineer or Architect.
• Willingness to work on‑site and travel to project locations.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
