Project Manager – Construction & Heavy Equipment

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution and oversight of construction and heavy‑equipment projects for Two Way Cranes. The role combines site inspections, contract administration, HSEQ support and proactive business development to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough site inspections and record data in M‑Files to generate accurate quotes and job orders.
• Identify and chase new work opportunities, network with clients and submit proposals in partnership with the Commercial Manager.
• Interpret contract specifications, monitor compliance and guide project teams to meet contractual obligations.
• Provide HSEQ advice, perform inspections of works, verify Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and address any safety incidents.
• Deliver training sessions, safety meetings and disseminate HSEQ information to workers and service providers.
• Inspect plant and equipment, maintain first‑aid kits and ensure prompt recording of injuries.
• Prepare data for management review meetings and participate as required.

Required profile

• Background in project management within construction or heavy‑equipment sectors.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Solid understanding of HSEQ regulations and contract management.
• Experience with cranes, risk assessment and stakeholder engagement.
