Project Manager – Civil Engineering (Remote)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing civil engineering startup as a remote Project Manager. You will lead complex infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet client expectations, regulatory standards, and budget constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Define milestones, deliverables, and critical paths while aligning with client requirements.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules using MS Project or Primavera.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and produce financial reports.
• Allocate personnel, equipment, and materials efficiently.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and progress reporting.
• Review and verify drawings for accuracy and compliance before submission.
• Implement quality‑control procedures and ensure timely delivery of documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience managing civil or construction projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license; PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of TxDOT compliance and ethical standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
