Project Manager – Civil Engineering (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to lead complex civil engineering projects for a fast‑growing startup. The role is fully remote and requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Define milestones, deliverables, and critical path to align with client requirements.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules using MS Project or Primavera.
• Manage project budgets, cost estimates, expenditures, and financial reporting.
• Allocate personnel, equipment, and materials efficiently.
• Monitor and control costs to avoid overruns.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and progress reporting.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, contracts, and correspondence.
• Review drawings for accuracy and ensure timely submission of deliverables.
• Implement quality control procedures and conduct quality checks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in project management within civil engineering or construction.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
